Your inner world shapes your outer life

The patterns you carry in psychology — your attachment style, your nervous system responses, your core wounds, your unconscious beliefs about yourself and others — are not abstractions. They show up every day, in every relationship, in every choice you make about how close to let people get and how much of yourself to show.

Understanding these patterns is not about pathologising yourself or explaining everything away. It is about developing the self-knowledge that makes genuine freedom possible. You cannot change what you cannot see. And once you can see it clearly, genuinely changing it becomes available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these quizzes clinically validated?
Our quizzes are based on established psychological frameworks and peer-reviewed research — in the case of the attachment style quiz, specifically on the foundational work of Bowlby, Ainsworth, and subsequent attachment researchers. They are not clinically validated diagnostic instruments and are not intended to replace clinical assessment or professional psychological support. They are designed to be a meaningful, accurate, and useful starting point for self-understanding.
Are the results private?
Yes. We do not collect, store, or share your quiz results. Your responses are processed entirely in your browser and are not transmitted to any server or stored in any database. Your results are yours alone.
Can I retake a quiz?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Attachment patterns and psychological profiles can shift over time, particularly as a result of therapeutic work, significant life experiences, or sustained relationship with securely attached people. Retaking a quiz after a period of intentional growth can be a useful way of tracking genuine change.
How often should I retake these quizzes?
There is no fixed schedule. Some people find value in retaking after a significant life event — a relationship ending, a period of intensive therapeutic work, a major transition. Others return periodically — every six months or a year — as a general check-in. The quizzes are most valuable when they are part of an ongoing practice of self-reflection rather than a one-time assessment.
Are these quizzes a substitute for therapy?
No — and we want to be honest about this. Our quizzes can provide genuine insight and a meaningful starting point for self-understanding. They cannot replace the sustained, personalised, relational experience of working with a skilled therapist. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, relationship difficulties that are affecting your daily functioning, or the aftermath of trauma, we encourage you to seek professional support. Self-knowledge is the beginning. Professional therapeutic work can take it much further.
